In-person Counseling

Antoinne provides in-person counseling that focuses on the connection between the mind and body. He works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, disabilities, men’s issues, and other life challenges. His approach helps clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and physical responses like tension, fatigue, or stress are connected.

Through supportive conversation and practical techniques such as grounding and body awareness, Antoinne helps clients build healthier coping skills and greater self-understanding. He also creates a safe space for men to talk openly about personal struggles and for individuals with disabilities to feel understood and supported.

His goal is to help people reconnect with themselves, strengthen resilience, and improve overall wellbeing, both mentally and physically.
